I saw a video of a friend of mine, she has partial left arm, right below the elbow. In the video she was using her left arm to squeeze the nail clipper handle while it was sitting on a flat table. The profile of nail clippers are very thin to stand straight under the pressure of the spring. A simple jig can provide stability and with single side foam tape the jig wont slide on any smooth surface. This jig can make it extremely easy to clip nails using one hand.
Here are some ideas I found on google which I don't think these are accessible to everyone. A simple jig can allow anyone to 3D print in 2 hours.
