Push-Ups Helper

Lucia, our member and rep in Italy requested for a simple design that can allow her do push-ups easier. Currently she is using bricks and boxes to set her arm at the same height as the other arm.

I can picture a device that changes height like microscope and can handle more than just a stand for push-ups. It might be able to do more than that.
